Peak Projects

Privacy statement

Peak Projects (Alexander van de Kimmenade, Eindhoven, the Netherlands) handles your data with care. Below you can read what we process and why.

What data

When you fill in a form, we process the details you enter: name, phone number, email address, company name and your message. We also store the page you sent the form from and any campaign data (UTM), so we know how you found us.

What for

To contact you about your enquiry and, if it leads to an assignment, to carry out and administer that work. We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising unless you ask for that separately.

How long

We keep enquiries for up to one year after the last contact. Data needed for our accounts is kept for seven years, as required by the Dutch Tax Administration.

Who with

Form submissions are sent by email and the site runs on Vercel. Both process data within the EU or under appropriate safeguards. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes your visit data on our behalf. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We do this in two ways.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and loading times without cookies and without a profile. You cannot be identified as a person, so no consent is needed.

We only use Google Analytics 4 if you accept it in the bar at the bottom of the page. If you decline or make no choice, Google places no cookie and receives no data that can be traced back to you. If you accept, we set analytics cookies to measure visitor numbers, pages visited and the source of your visit. Advertising cookies are switched off.

Reviews are fetched from Google on the server, without Google placing anything on your device.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data. To do so, email alexander@peakprojects.nl. If you have a complaint, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

The Dutch version of this statement is leading.
