Six steps

Intro call
Half an hour on the phone or over coffee. You tell us what you want to achieve and what isn't working now. We tell you honestly whether and how we can help.

Proposal with options
A proposal with two or three options. For each option: what you get, what it costs and how long it takes. You choose.

Design
We design the most important page or screen first, so you can steer early, before anything is built.

Building in steps
Every week or two there is something working to look at. You review it in a test environment and tell us what you think.

Testing and launch
We go through everything together: forms, payments, integrations, mobile. Then it goes live, when it suits you.

Maintenance and growth
You get a walkthrough and a direct number. Keep maintenance and further development with us, or take it in-house.
What we agree upfront
Fixed price per phase
What is in the proposal gets built for the price stated next to it. If you want something extra along the way, we agree on it upfront.
Ownership
You get access to everything that has been built.
Availability
During the project you have a direct number. You will hear back on an email or enquiry within one working day.
Payment
Usually in two or three instalments: at the start, after the design and at launch. Larger projects are invoiced per phase.

A business website: four to six weeks. An online store: six to ten weeks. Custom software: per phase, usually four to eight weeks per phase. The proposal includes a schedule with dates.
Your logo and brand guidelines if you have them, copy and photos if you have them, and access to your current site and domain. If you don't have these, we sort it out together.
Yes, that is why we build in steps. Small changes are included in the price. Larger changes in direction are discussed first, including what they mean for the schedule and the price.
Then we fix it. We only hand over once you have approved the work, and after launch we remain available for anything that still needs doing.
