The project
De Ruiter & Bonthuis guides organisations through public tenders, from the strategy to the complete bid. The old site ran on Elementor with a string of plugins and loaded slowly on mobile.
We designed a new site around their four services and their own method, The Award Way. In the cliché check, a visitor pastes a paragraph from their own bid and immediately sees which clichés an assessor reads. From that result, their enquiry is already half written.
We built the design as a custom WordPress theme in their existing installation. Elementor and the plugins were removed, the blog posts kept their addresses and the switch happened without downtime.
