The project
MaoliCare Life Sciences develops and manufactures gummies, beverages, supplements, skincare and tinctures for natural health brands. The client supplied a detailed brief, with the order of the homepage, the new pages and strict rules on what may and may not be said about the products.
We designed a calm, business-like site in their own navy, teal and gold. The four services, white label, private label, product development and contract manufacturing, each have their own block with a button to the enquiry form. The process is shown in five steps on the homepage, with what the client receives at each step. The company also sells its own product line, with product pages that link through to its online store.
We built the design as a custom WordPress block theme in the Gutenberg editor, kept as lean as possible: no page builder and no plugins for forms, SEO or redirects, all of that lives in the theme itself. Texts are regular blocks the team edits itself. The enquiry form sends every request to the team and also stores it in a log, so no lead gets lost.
